Conceptual & Physical Design Introduction In this phase 3, we are moving to create the conceptual and physical design of our proposed product. As a team, we have conducted a few activities such as Crazy 8 minutes, as well as discussion to create the product design that will satisfy our targeted user. Gather Requirement - Task Analysis Introduction For this project phase 2, We are testing the traditional/conventional or usual trash bin that is being used by almost everyone in almost every building. There are three things that we test which are to sort the trash manually, take out/clean up the full trash bin and make a request to recycle newspapers to the nearest location . We also try to understand how people/targeted users are using the trash bin and how useful/convenient is the design/ergonomic and also understanding their thought process for each task. For task 3 specifically, we use Recircle app which is a mobile application that aims to digitalize the recycling industry in Malaysia.
